I say go with the name you are naming after and not changing it

I like Lillian MK, but I think Lilliana MK has a nicer ring to it when said out loud. Either way, they're both lovely names.

I am in the minority that voted for Lillia. I haven't heard that variation before and I think it's beautiful.

OP: I like them all! I couldn't pick just one.

Regarding names: As a Jenny who was named just "Jenny"--but ALWAYS gets called "Jennifer", I just don't care. I hate being called Jennifer (my in-laws even printed it on my wedding album!) but you just get used to it. Name your kids what you want and call them what you want.

i like lillianna, and I love having nicknames-- I always wished I my name was nickname-able when I was growing up.

I would definitely not just name her Lilly because that's her nickname.

What about Lily Katherine... drop the Mary. I think the two middle name thing is pretentious anyway.

Mary is my grandmother's name. It's been my future daughter's middle name for probably over ten years now. The only reason it's not the first name is because it rhymes with my son's first name. I'd drop the other names before I dropped Mary. My son, by the way, has two middle names (pretentious of his biological father, perhaps), so I wanted to do the same with my second child.
