So my "first" post was about Montessori, but now this is a real 'intro' post.
I'm a (nearly) 25 year old SAHM to a 9 month old. I'm a certified Montessori teacher and I hold a degree in archaeology with a focus on human remains and forensics. I was homeschooled, plan on homeschooling my son and any other little ones that choose to join us.
I'm an American ex-pat living in B*lgium, attempting to learn the language and culture, as well as navigate the "traditional" way of raising children here. Most of my in-laws think I'm nuts, but so does my family. Learning to deal with how I feel about straying away from the "norm". I'm full of questions, full of answers (though not always the right ones, and not always to the questions at hand). Strong willed, warm-hearted, protective, and a Leo.
I think that about sums me up.
And I think I have some friends on this board already, so I'll wave to them, if they're here.
