organic meat baby foods?

My 7mo will be old enough (per our pedi) to eat meat in a couple weeks and I'm looking for organic baby foods to buy that have a nice meat selection. He eats Earth's Best right now but they don't seem to have a large meat selection (at least where I buy it) and no beef at all. (I'd actually be okay-ish feeding him nonorganic poultry since from what I understand there's not a lot of junk in it, but beef? No way! Way too much hormones, antibiotics, and contaminants.)

Suggestions?

Thanks!

We never did cream-of-meat and just let DD eat soft chunks of chicken out of homemade chicken soup and bit of ground beef. Worked out quite well.

We didn't do too much baby food in general, and she never had it with meat--DD preferred whatever we were eating, ground up with a food mill and mixed with breast milk or chicken stock.

The food mill I used was pretty easy and inexpensive.

Have you considered making your own baby foods? That way you can be 100% sure of the ingredients. I used to make huge batches and freeze them in ice cube trays with lids and then dump the cubes of each batch into containers and store them. Then, I could just take out however many cubes to defrost/heat up for my son. His favorite combinations were tilapia with spinach, potatoes and cheese sauce; chicken with apple and sweet potato; and beef with carrots, potatoes, and veg stock.

We skipped purees entirely. Anytime I've cooked the meat to a falling-apart texture, I tear off small bits and give it to him, or if it's something tougher, I chew it a few times and just give him tiny pieces of that. So that would be low and slow BBQ, stews, braises, soups, etc. He's had smoked lamb ribs, lamb curry, pulled pork, buffalo jerky (pre-chewed), bits of chicken that were in the stock, etc.
