My stepson turns 12 in a couple of weeks, and he is still wetting the bed!! We have tried so many different things, nothing fully works...the only thing that helps is waking him up during the night. The only thing about that is when we wake him up,he gets all confused...he tries to tun of his alam clock,he starts looking for stuff, he talks about strange things;etc. basically,it takes 10 mins just to get him into the bathroom(if he doesnt fall back to sleep that is),and sometimes he still pees-and now he LIES about it. I'm thinking about taking him to the doc and seeing about meds, does anyone have any expeience w/ this??

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

I dont have any BTDT experience but have a friend whose ds is 12 and he still wets the bed. They are pretty open about talking about it. The dad says it must run in the family because he wet the bed for a long time too.
Did your dh wet the bed? If so how old was he when he stopped?
BTW, the family I mentioned above took the boy to the dr, tried all sorts of stuff, waking up, meds and other stuff I'm not sure of but nothing really helped. They're just waiting for him to outgrow it now.
