Between December and March, I lost 20 pounds (161 down to 141!). Since then, my weight has sat between 139 and 142. Ideally, I want to get down to 125, which was my weight before I got pregnant with baby #4. So, I still have abother 17 pounds to go.
I lost the weight that I did by going to the gym 4-5 days a week (still doing that) and keeping a food journal (been slacking on that).
Does anyone here have experience with Weight Watchers? Is it helpful when you don't have a lot of weight to lose? Have you gained the weight back after you stopped the program or did it stay off.
