Bed rails?

Does anyone use bedrails in a co-sleeping situation? I didn't use them with DD1, but this one is a squirmer. Thoughts? Pitfalls? Preferences?

We use a bedrail it is a Munchkin one you can find at Target for under $40. It fits up to a king size bed and is plenty tall enough, I think, and pretty long.

DS doesn't crawl yet, but does wriggle, squirm and scoot, I got this more as a prophylactic. Once DS is really moving I wil know for sure!

Yeah, mine doesn't crawl yet either, Katrina--she's a little shy of 4 months. But I'm amazed how much she can move in the bed anyway!
