I have been part time ECing my DD since she was 11 months old. From the beginning poop was an easy catch. Over the past couple months she has been doing really well. The only time I would have a poop in a diaper would be if she pooped in the car seat, during nap etc, when I didn't have quick access to her. Pees have been a little trickier. I was so excited a month ago when we went away for a long weekend and I only had to use 2 diapers during the days, while at other people's homes! It was so amazing. But she seems to have regressed the past week or two. She has never really signaled to me that she needed to go. Poop was always obvious and pee was more by timing. Anyways, the past week or two I am catching most poops but maybe only one pee a week! I leave her bare-bottomed almost all the time at home and try to put her on the potty every 30 minutes or so, but it seems like she will pee 1-2 minutes after getting up from the potty. I have noticed that she is starting to say the word poop, which must be some sort of progress. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. She doesn't seem to mind wet diapers or panties or peeing on the floor. She does know that it needs to be cleaned up and will help me with that. Do I just ride this out or am I doing something wrong?

Just ride it out, as long as neither you nor her gets frustrated with it! She'll probably wake up one day soon and suddenly "get" it...
