I just finished up my brutal psych class today in the morning, hence why I've been so spotty. Now I have all the time in the world. Poor dh, a completely nesting, focused mama at home with nothing to distract her....

I've got everyone (so far) in a calendar, I just need to finish matching people up. I'm sorry, between the failed GTT, and the dead grandfather I didn't work on this over the weekend. I didn't forget!

I'm so sorry. Grief is hard enough, but then the extra stress with the GTT.

Will you be taking the 3 hour one? Or are you just going right into the diabetic diet? I had to take the 3 hour one last time (also failed my GTT) and passed that one. It wasn't fun, but it wasn't that bad. If you are getting the 3hr one, ask for them to put in an IV thingy. Much less painful than getting stuck 4 different times.

so sorry to hear about your loss. So sorry you failed your 1 hour. I failed my 1 hour ...I passed the 3 hour and they never put an iv thingy in my arm...I got stuck 2 times in each elbow vein. I was sore and bruised for a few days.

Amanda--I'm so sorry to hear of your loss.

I'm also sorry to hear you failed your GTT; I failed my 1-hour, but passed the 3 hour. Hopefully it's just a false positive...

Sending out PMs I am not bothering to add edds, I figure when you know who your buddy is you can exchange the important info. I just want to get these matches out

I really appreciate the well wishes, My glucose level was so freakin high that we're not even bothering with the 3 hour. We may go straight to insulin I really won't know more til next Monday.
