So my body is really not adapting as well to this pregnancy as it did with my DS1. Nothing terrible, I am just a lot more achy, and I have been tiring out a lot easier. I have never been an excersizer, other than a little bit of walking, and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on things I can do to help my body feel better. Is there a type of Yoga I can do? Maybe a DVD I can buy or a favorite Youtube yoga video anyone can recommend?
Any other advice is appreciated! Oh, and I am up about 10 lbs from where I was with DS's pregnancy, so that could be part of it.. and the fact that I'm chasing around an almost 2 year old.
