We eat a lot of burritos around here and I find the store bought ww tortillas to be full of junk and/or they won't hold up for a burrito and fall apart. In another thread I noticed a lot of people buy tortillas from Trader Joe's, do they make a ww tortilla that holds up to rolling burritos? I am really trying to cut white flour out of my family's diet completely but we cannot give up burritos, they are a very important part of our cultural diet and the last source of white flour in our diet.

Which makes me wonder when exactly burritos entered our culture. I would think when white flour was introduced, before that I think tortillas were traditionally made with ww flour or corn and used as a side or for scooping food not wrapping around food.
