I'm interested in learning more about raw and living foods (just got a dehydrator!!!), and wonder if there's a good introductory resource in the Traditional/Real Food vein

I don't eat much meat, but we eat tons of good raw dairy and eggs, and are trying to eat more grass-fed animal foods, and while I want to add in more raw and living foods, I'm not trying to be vegan (done that) or make foods that "pretend" to be other foods (if you've ever been vegan you know what I mean).

Any good books or websites to recommend?
