NC immunization exemption letter

Tomorrow I will be registering my dd for K and wondered if I really need a letter of exemption to register her. We are late in doing this because we are just in the process of moving down here from Ohio - where it was simple letter. Wondering if it is the same here.

I don't have an answer to your question, but I do have a similar one - has anyone used this form for their (NC, obviously) exemption? I'm kind of stressing about this because my ds will be going to the preschool connected with our church . . .

I used that form for both church preschools my dd attended and had no problems. One was Catholic and the other Presbyterian.

I have to register my dd for K in the next few weeks(waiting on a birth cert. to come) and I was planning on using the same form again. If I have any problems, I have a more detailed version I typed up as a "just in case".
