Seriously, if you've been breastfeeding with pain, even if the pain isn't bra-related, try getting a new, well fitting bra.
My daughter is 10 months old and we've had a horrible nursing relationship. Every short term problem you can imagine, plus an oddly tied tongue and painfully shaped mouth. Eventually, I resigned myself to the pain and figured nothing could be done.
Then I decided to get some new nursing bras because I figured I'd earned them. My old ones had too small cups and I was tired of repositioning my bra after reaching for something and having everything shift around. I went to a Hanes Outlet and got myself fitted. $37 and two bras later . . .
My pain was reduced drastically. Not gone, not by a long shot. But better. Lots better.
I felt compelled to share in case any one else might benefit from a better fitting bra.
