Soiled Diaper Cleaning

Hey all!

We have a poo diaper question. My Partner and I are kinda struggling with the poo diapers (our DS almost 1!). We cloth diaper and currently try to knock off the poo and put them in a bucket with water and some vinegar to soak a bit then we wash. Is there any other alternative besides the shower head? Thank you!

You can buy a diaper sprayer that attaches to your toilet (I think)

Unless the poo is really stinky, or it will be several days before you wash, I don't know that you need to soak it. We do a dry pail ourselves (granted we still have EBF poo at nearly 8 months).

Thank you. We have looked into the toilet sprayer option and think that is the ticket.

I've used the flushable paper liners with a lot of success. If the diaper is just wet, they can actually go through the wash and be used again until they get pooped on, then straight into the toilet. No dunking, swishing, or spraying required

Thank you very much for the feedback!

I dunk, which is gross. I'd like to get a sprayer!

We just scraped as much into the toilet as possible, then put them in the wet bag like that. We didn't do a bucket or soak them in anything.
