What is this circle rash on dd? pic included

DD had developed a very circular rash on her arm. A few days ago I noticed two raised bumps on the spot that I thought were maybe bug bites. Then the bumps went away and the area is covered in a pink very symmetrical circle. It does not appear to be a "bullseye" pattern. Any ideas what it could be? I'm not sure if I should take her in to the dr. We don't have insurance right now so I'd rather not unless we have to.

Still looks like tick bites to me, I would see your pediatrician to protect her from Lymes disease. My son had the same circles on Sunday and is now on antibiotics. We also thought they were just bug bites but then the circles developed. The exposure is 1-2 weeks before they show up in any manner on the skin. Our son had been out in fields the week before near a forest flying a kite with his dad. He is 4 and was wearing flip-flops and had bare legs so the grass was quite high around him.

Rash

You're right, it doesn't look like a typical bulls-eye rash. However, I would NOT risk it as each person does present differently. I would definitely see your doc and r/o any major issue like the potential for lyme disease.

I went ahead and took dd to see her doctor. She did not think it was lyme although she didn't really know what it is. Maybe a spider bite reaction? She told me to come back if it got bigger or more of them or if dd developed a fever.

It looks like ringworm to me. When DD had it there were several areas within the circle that had bumps. Hers also looked like really clear rings but I saw lots of pictures where it was like your DD's.
You could try using Lotrimin on it. What we had to do was keep it covered so that it didn't spread because it can be contagious. We applied the Lotrimin every day and after a few days, she would ask for it because it felt itchy or painful and the Lotrimin made it feel better.
It took a very long time to go away.
