Vegan "ranch dressing"

I just tried this and it is really really good. My ranch-eating 5yo loved it! Thought I'd share the recipe

I subbed half the cashews for avocado once, and it turned out just as well.

Totally subbing to this thread because, while I'm not vegan, I AM pasteurized dairy free and I miss Ranch dressing!!!

You rock.

YUM! Thanks! I will have to try the avocado or some other nuts because I'm allergic to cashews, I hope it still comes out good!!

When I made it with avocados, I also used soaked sunflower seeds (I didn't have enough cashews). I don't think ds liked it as much, but I thought it was really yummy.

the recipe calls for 1 tsp dill & 1/2 tsp basil - do I use dried or fresh? Anyone know?

I don't know. lol I used dried, but just sprinkled some in. And I didn't have dill, so I used a mix that seemed like it would work (herbs de provence, I think).

How long does it keep?
