wipes solution and storage

Hi ladies, I've been lurking alot but haven't posted yet.. I've seen several things about using a wipe solution vs just water. I love the idea of the TTO, Lavender Oil mixed in Olive oil with the water for a solution but I was wondering if anyone could tell me the portions of each.

Also, how do you store your cloth wipes? I've read some about getting a warmer but not sure if i'll be able to right away or not. If you don't have a warmer how do you store your wipes if you use a solution? just in a bowl or Tupperware type container? I know I can always use tap but the water temp/pressure is horrible here and my water (city water) is normally somewhat orangish.. ugh.

Thanks!

I use a little tiny spray bottle and spray the solution on the wipes when I change my son. I really like it because sometimes when he's really messy it works well to spray right on his bottom. I keep my wipes in a little cloth bag by the changing area.

I use the peri bottle with plain water, and just squirt it on a folded washcloth. I keep the wipes/washcloths in a basket with the diapers (or if I'm really organized, folded in a drawer in the bureau I use for a changing table).
I also sometimes just squirt the water on baby's behind. Because it's plain water, it doesn't matter if it goes everywhere. And I cover the changing mat with an old towel, so I can use the towel to dry baby and then just throw it in the laundry.
