Or if you see them giving alcohol to underage people who aren't their kids you can call the cops...

And I would avoid referring to them as "the drunks" because it makes you come off as having something specifically against them instead of actual concern for any of the kids.

It sounds like you are very unhappy with the neighborhood you live in, for many reasons, and that perhaps this was the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back for you?

Is it possible for you to move?

When dh and I first got married we had an apartment that we LOVED but the neighborhood just didn't fit us. I have never not once regretted that move.

The neighborhood don't really fit us as it used too it just ended up a big mess then there is a whole lot of BS so I'm looking for new place to live in hopes that it can be under a year .

Just another perspective... do you think there is any chance the teens are taking advantage of the older people in order to get beer?

At this point I think I would stay out of the whole mess though.

I would call the cops on them getting drunk and yelling/swearing at children...but not for giving teens a can of beer.
