I used many different probiotics while pregnant and at one point decided there wasnt one that was going to work for me. I did find one tho, Dont know if I cant post brands here, but "jarrow eps" and my good friend said the same thing that they are the only thing that worked for her. I had healthier bms while pregnant than I have ever had and that was the only difference I made. Chia doesnt have to be ground, unlike flax, our bodies break it down. Also lots and lots of water. Fiber will actually get stuck if its not constantly flushed with water. And if our bodies get dehydrated in the least bit, the first place we draw water from is our bowels, which means we are reabsorbing whats in our waste if our body has to tap that for a water source. I also took magnesium, it actually helps relax muscles, so while pg I was able to sleep better too because of it. Definitely check to see if you can take it as so many people are deficient in it.
