I have this problem too and I made a few posts about it. So far the best thing that has worked for me is taking extra magnesium, but you have to really find the right amount, because too much will cause awful cramping and diarrhea enough that it cleans out your system for a week or so. Magnesium citrate pills are a no for me - that was pretty bad, but I am taking a cal/mag/vit d liquid, half the amount on the bottle and seeing how that works, it does take some time to build up, but you don't want to take too much at one time.

don't overdo the fiber, it can make the constipation worse. Stool softeners may help.

Oh, the dreaded constipation issues from Zofran....gotta love it.
I try to walk around a lot as much as I can without throwing up, in the morning after I wake up and eat something. Also drinking apple juice which is helping me. The main thing is liquids, which I am sure anyone on Zofran has trouble drinking anyway, and water is yucky yucky, so if you can find something you can drink, drink up. My doctor says as a last result an enema works wonders. I havent gotten that desperate yet.
My mom swears by rubbing your belly clockwise about 25 times helps move things along. It works....sometimes.
