Made my own Boppy off an online pattern. LOVE IT! It fit me and DD still loves to curl up in it during naps...

I second the My Brest Friend! I'm a size 18-24 (depending on the day!) and My Brest Friend is adjustable and stays in place! You can use it for any hold you want, football, cross-cradle, cradle, whatever! It can definitely be used for a plus-sized mama. I only use my Boppy now for infant support or to help my preschooler hold the baby.

I was a size 18 with my first and it was useless for breastfeeding but great to plop the baby on it. She loved curling up on it. I thinkmit has to more with your height torso though...not sure bc I'm 5'9 and my sis is 5'7 size 8 but she couldn't use it either...we had to pile up two boppys tonbreastfeed comfortably.
