I doubt it is a bone spur. Usually bone spurs form because of abnormal mechanical stress on a structure, not from an acute injury. Also, I really don't see bone spurs on a skull or facial bones b/c they are flat bones not long bones. However, I wouldn't rule out anything b/c there are always exceptions to the rules.
If it concerns you, then it's worth having it looked at. (PCP, or even cosmetic surgeon) Who knows, it could be really easy to have it taken care of and then you wouldn't be stressing over it.
