Anyone with the Frost drying rack from Ikea?

Is it sturdy and heavy enough to sit outside? I need a drying rack that I can put out on my deck. The ones from Walmart just get blown over.

I use it on my deck. If it's super windy, towels will catch wind and it'll keel over, but it takes a lot of wind (and that usually means rain, so the laundry is in).

Sun and extreme temperatures will cause the coating to crack after awhile. My current Frost rack has lasted a few seasons, but I see some cracking starting now.
