mint

I have found that the taste of mint helps with my nausea, but I can't handle any kind of artificial sweetener. Especially with the sugar free candies. They give me such a head ache. I was wondering if there was a low sugar mint gum or if there was a way for me to make it myself.

mint tea is really good and you can easily make it at home and drink it unsweetened or with whatever sweetener you want.

Ditto on the mint tea (delicious with fresh mint, if you've got it).

One of the xylitol mints - like spry, might work. Glee gum is free of added artificial sugars (they might make a mint?).

I will have to try glee gum.

I love gum.

I'm a big fan of mint tea. I've had it since childhood for tummy upsets. I usually put a small amount of sugar in it and make sure to cool it a bit.

I just muddle mint up a bit and pour cold water over it. It isn't as strong as the tea but just a bit of flavor

My favorite is to take fresh mint leaves and fresh lime or lemon and put them in ice cold water and let them sit for about 5 minutes then consume! Delicious and refreshing.
