So, I have lots of ideas for little girl names, but I'm becoming more and more convinced that there's a little boy in there, so I'm trying to get down some boy name options.
My #1 pick for a long time has been Felix - I love it. Then, the other day DH and I were joking about using Danger as a middle name...you know, "Danger? Danger's my middle name." Anyway, the joke very quickly turned into a serious discussion - I know it's sort of ridiculous, but we both love it. It fits our personalities, too, we're really just big kids ourselves.
Anyway, my dilemma now is that I'm not sure I like Felix Danger together. We could use my husband's first name (John) and call him Johnny - Johnny Danger works well, I think, except that someone we both know (and are not huge fans of) likes to call himself that.
I've also loved the name Alvin (it's John's dad's middle name), but is everyone going to be yelling "Aaaaalviiiiin" like in those blasted chipmunks movies? Or will they be old enough by the time he grows up that it won't be an issue?
I tend to like names that aren't unusual or sound made up, but that aren't popular (ie, for girls I like Nell, Pearl, Mabel)
I guess what I'm looking for are good middle names for Felix, good first names for Danger, and whether or not Alvin is a silly name altogether.
Other family names: Thomas, Anderson, Nelson, Quinlan, Allen, Winston, Charles
