Natural remedies for ear infection in a baby

My 2.5mo DD seems to have an ear infection. Can someone please recommend natural treatments? I have garlic drops, but don't know if its safe for such a little baby.

Hey there! We've always used chiropractic care to help. Are you nursing her? Wondering if using breastmilk would provide any benefit since it has medicinal properties. ??? Unless her eardrum is ruptured (and I'm pretty sure you'd know) the garlic oil can't hurt her. It's been very successful around here.
