Anna06 ~ I feel your pain on the sugar cravings. I've been on holiday and I admit I haven't done that well on staying off the sugar. It's made me crave it more and now I have to stop again. I found it most helpful to go cold turkey w/ the sugar consumption. I also crave sweet things after dinner and it helped to not have those things in the house. Eventually fruit and naturally sweet things will taste sweet, once taste-buds adjust. I have chewed gum or brushed my teeth directly after eating and that sometimes helps me w/ the sweets craving.
Also the raw cherry tart is the best no sugar added dessert I have ever had. Yummy! You should totally try it.
