Soy Iso and mid-cycle spotting?

im spotting at CD10. whaaaaat!? i started sy isoflavons at CD6 so today is my last day.

the CM is suuuuper wet with a little brown tinge to it a couple times a day. what is this? is it the soy?

neg opk yesterday. like reeealy neg.
