I agree w/ Miranda and others. Doesn't sound like sexism to me. Sounds like a group that is a bit disorganized(not a rare thing for a coop group especially as they are reorganizing). Also, sounds like a guy w/ a very strong personality that takes a strong presence very easily. Some people are just like that. I wouldn't give up on it just like that and I would assume the best.
