both of my LOs nurse (big LO -- not as often as she'd like, but usually/always before bed). little LO is only 10 months old, so he nurses lots. tonight big LO fell asleep before nursing and my right side actually LEAKED! wow, glad to know i've still "got it" (milk -- in that quantity that it leaks) my left side never leaked, even when they were newborns and adjusting their intakes/supply. but right side leaks, and again tonight! yea, me!

Have you considered donating to a baby that needs the milk? I donated to an adopted baby after the birth of my son. My supply never got to quite enough for my adopted daughter, so I supplemented with donor milk. She will be 2 in a couple weeks and has not had formula since about 5 hours of age. www.milkshare.com

Yeah, I could only get 2 ounces at a time when I was pumping while EBF. Then I met donors that could make so much extra milk that they had 3 kids they were pumping for (besides their own.)
