Hello all,
I have to come up with a first name and 3 middle names, just because that is the way we have done it. I am having a little girl and I am thinking....
Adyson Hope Icel Quinn. Tell me what you think. Helen

I like Adyson Quinn, beautiful!

I think Addison is a beautiful name, though I wouldn't go for the cre8tive spelling. I love the Hope part.

Quinn is very pretty, but I still think of it as a boys' name...I think this trend of naming girls Quinn/Noah/Finn is going to be very short-lived and something that labels kids as from this decade/naming trend. (Much like all the Aiden/yn-family names from 2000-now.)

Icel is interesting...where's it from?

It's NSM, but all that matters is that it's YOUR style.

I do *love* Hope though. I am partial to the timeless names that won't label a generation, as a PP mentioned, like creative spellings and naming trends will. I think Hope is a beautiful, classic and timeless name.

Hope is lovely.

Addison/Madison are the Jennifer and Michelle of their generation and the "y" pushes it over the edge onto the trendy/kree8tyv spelling wagon. Personally, I would give her a timeless, classic name like Hope and save Addison (however you spell it) for the middle name, if you really love it. But of course, I'm just a stranger on the internet!

I think it's pretty but Addison/Addyson (both spellings) are extremely popular names now, especially in my state. If you don't care about your daughter having a very popular name, go for it!

First of, what's important is that YOU love it

But IMO Addison is a very "trendy" name and putting a "y" in it makes it even trendier. I personally would go with something more classic so something similar would be Adele or Adeline.

I don't think of Quinn as a boys name at all. I think it's a beautiful, simple, classic name. Hope is very pretty too.

Icel is interesting. Is there a story behind it?

I know a girl in her late 20's with the name of Quinn and I think it is beautiful for a girl. I don't think if it as a just a boy name...
