liquid poops

my dd is 7 months old, EBF. We have had challenges of considerable spitting up since 6 weeks. I have tried to cut out dairy, but have never lasted long enough. I can go about a week and then i fall off the wagon. she starts to spit up less as i watch what i eat. the problem now (at least in the past month) is liquid poops. its like she is peeing poop. she might skip a day without going, then she has this liquid stuff. sometimes with a rash, sometimes without. kinda smelly too. she acts completely normal, no fussing, same cheerful self. could this be from the dairy that i cheat with? i can be really good, then someone invites us over for dinner and they, of course, make something i don't make and it looks and smells delicious and i cannot resist. my goal is to make it without dairy for 3 weeks to see how she is , spitting up and pooping-wise, so that it will motivate me more to be more strict.

p.s. please don't judge my lack of self-control... our family is already gluten-free because our son has a sensitivity
