I have eczema between my toes (no where else luckily). I've been doing some reading on here and elsewhere about how to resolve this from the inside, but in the meantime I need some help for the outside. My toes get INTENSELY itchy. Usually I am able to distract myself from it, but sometimes I just can't. So, then I kind of rub my sock between my toes.
Well today I was doing this as I read my e-mails and before I knew it, I had rubbed all the skin off my toes.
Now they hurt so much I can barely walk. So, what can I do to help them heal? And, any ideas on how to reduce the itching? I have a script for a steroid, but I'd rather not use it if I don't have to.
Thanks!
