Vacations can help us with our own mental well being. Take a break some where other than your home and rest and relax. It doesn't matter whether you work at home or with an organization, you need a vacation. Vacation can help us to combat stress, keeps us healthy on the physical and mental side. It can help us to improve our quality of sleep and mood too. Plus we don't have to spend a lot of money on prescription drugs and fees when we visit the doctor for the stress that we are dealing with, which could have been reduced if we simply had taken a vacation. So try not to let this summer pass with out taking a vacation I know I won't.
