Does anyone else's child walk like they are dancing?
My 4.5 year old son does this all the time. When he walks, his arms are all over the place, flailing, almost jiving to rhythm. His legs dart here and there with knees thumping up and down and side to side, hips moving, sometimes legs kicking front, side, and backwards.
Usually there is stimming or noisemaking of some sort going on to.
This is my kid's "normal" walk.
He's literally all over the place, and somewhat uncoordinated so tends to trip or knock things over more times than not, but gets back up and starts the "dance" anew.
Thoughts?
(He's diagnosed SPD and ADHD).
