[QUOTE=matey;15666037 should I go wipe for the 13,000th time today to see if I see anything of color?{/QUOTE]
haha! me, too! I think at least part of my whole vaginal-area tenderness is due to all the wiping I've been doing. I've even worried that the little bit of bloody mucus I've had is from a busted blood vessel in my labia from all the wiping.
It is so hard, isn't it? But fwiw, ice cream, Dr Who, and spraying a yappy dog sounds like a great day to me.
I've cleaned and cleaned this morning until my back aches and I'm exhausted. Will it mean anything other than overworked discomfort? Who knows. It may only be that it's the first chance I've had to do this kind of thing in a long time. I skipped work today (tomorrow is supposed to be my last day, anyway), DD is at preschool, and DH and my mom, who is staying with us until the big day, apparently, are out, so ahhhhh! A moment to myself. So what do I do? Nearly kill myself, that's what. I feel like the baby is going to fall out of me so I'm wearing a skirt just in case.

Well - all of that fun last night for nothinggggggg! I'm going to be pregnant forever. So whatever. I give up. I'm going to eat ice cream and chili dogs until I puke today and then watch DR. WHO and sew and sleep. (And maybe go into my back yard and spray the neighbors annoying yappy dog with the water hose.) I just feel like doing whatever I want and screw everything else. Dishes been in the sink for a week? Whatever. Fridge really REALLY needs to be cleaned out? Don't care - thats what take out is for. Cats want to eat off my plate? Go for it. I'm tired of fighting. Hospital bag needs to be packed? Eh, what's the point?

Can't keep a pregnant lady happy

Seriously, it has to stop. I just want to know if all of these uncomfortable contractions are actually doing anything. The verdict is that they're not. But I'm already dilated enough to be in active labor.....so why aren't I? I've started EPO even though my cervix doesn't need to be any more ripe, it's my uterus that needs to get itself into gear. To top off all the prodromal 'fun' I'm definitely sick. Feeling achy with a head cold type thing going on. I'm developing an icky cough which is just great. Now I get to pee myself every 15 minutes.
