I noticed that my appetite has diminished from what it once was. I can skip bfast and eat a late lunch (like 2pm) and not really notice. I used to barely make it to 11am for lunch. I am generally very healthy.
I was a bit of a couch potato while pregnant and for DS's first 2 years. I started running in April. I run between 1.5 - 2 miles every day. Sometimes I bike 3-5 miles a day as well. I do this anywhere from 3-5 days a week. I just had to take 2 weeks off completely due to a number of factors. I noticed that my appetite started to drop right before I took the time off.
Any ideas of the cause? Should I be worried?
