Decreased appetite?

I noticed that my appetite has diminished from what it once was. I can skip bfast and eat a late lunch (like 2pm) and not really notice. I used to barely make it to 11am for lunch. I am generally very healthy.

I was a bit of a couch potato while pregnant and for DS's first 2 years. I started running in April. I run between 1.5 - 2 miles every day. Sometimes I bike 3-5 miles a day as well. I do this anywhere from 3-5 days a week. I just had to take 2 weeks off completely due to a number of factors. I noticed that my appetite started to drop right before I took the time off.

Any ideas of the cause? Should I be worried?

I notice that on the days I don't work out I am not nearly as hungry. You are not burning as many calories, so you don't need to take in as many.
Do you feel well? Are you experiencing any pain or nausea? If you feel well in general then I would attribute it to the lack of exercise which you are not accustomed to.
If you lose a good deal of weight in a short amount of time then I would consult a hcp.
