Children's Book About Being Intact?

I thought I'd heard there was a children's book about being intact...does anyone know the name of it? I jotted down the title "What Happened" on a scrap paper...but neither Amazon nor Google were of any help. Maybe someone here knows? Thanks in advance! I'd like to have this book on hand (if it exists!) for my little guy. :-)

"What's Happening to My Body Book for Boys" 3rd edition by Lynda Madaras has a very intact-positive section. The book is most suitable for pre-adolescent boys.

There's a lovely and clever picture book called I Want my Foreskin for Giftmas, but it's not really for kids due to coarse language.
