vegan whip cream and marshmallows

Anyone have any recipes for vegan marshamllows and/or whip cream? My DD misses those the most.

I need recipes over products as we are rural and Canadian and have trouble getting products. Recipes are also cheaper, lol

making real vegan marshmallows at home is pretty much impossible I think. Many have tried and failed! There is a DIY kit from Angel Food NZ (read a blog post about it here that you could try out, they will surely ship to rural Canada. good luck!

For whipped cream, I just use coconut milk:

It's really simple to make, has only a few ingredients, and holds up very well. We make it at least once a week!

Thank you both! I just ordered the marshmallow kit (and I never order stuff only, but it only came to 8$ with shipping and handling!! Whoot-whoot!) and have saved the recipe for coconut cream for later use.
