I meant three rounds of the whole thing (p2, p3, & p4). I have about 65lbs to lose total and I think it'll take 3 times to get rid of it all. I agree about the cycling though. I've read that you need a complete round down before you start cycling.

Down another pound today and TTOM started as well. I'm trying to decide if I should continue with injections or discontinue per Dr. Simeons...

According to the scale I only lost a few ounces since yesterday morning. I'm not panicking yet though. I'll just see what the scale says tomorrow.

Today was grocery shopping day so I went to the farmer's market before heading to Whole Foods. Picked up some gorgeous cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, radishes, and kale for myself. Also scored some organic mini cantalope for the kids! I don't like melons (except for watermelon) so it's not tempting me but it was really exciting to see it there, it's the first time in all the years I've been going, unless I've missed it before.

I also picked up some asparagus at WF. I was thinking about oven roasting it with some garlic and serving it with a 1/2c of quinoa tonight for dinner, but since I lost so little from yesterday now I am nervous to eat the quinoa. I haven't been eating the melba toast/grissini at all, because starchy foods are definitely one of my triggers. But roasted asparagus and quina sounds so, so good right now!

Last night I made eggs in a nest (the nest being spinach) and that was pretty yummy. Is anyone else doing eggs or are you all only doing meat?

I'm PMSing really bad today. I wanted to blow the diet really bad. A taco salad would have seriously lifted my spirits (until I was done eating it and I would have felt guilty). I didn't though! I pushed through until I got home. I ate my lunch (without fruit & melba) and now I'm okay. I'm still a total, raging lunatic, but at least I didn't cheat!

I only lost .4 lbs today. It wasn't a shock because I ate both fruits & melbas today. I'm getting a little backed up too. I'm going to try some Smooth Move tea tonight and hope that clears me out for tomorrow's weigh in. If not, it's going to be a not-so-fun day at the Hippie household.

I was excited today to find I have some ripe tomatoes in my garden. Some little Romas (my fave!). I plan on eating them with my hamburger tomorrow (I already had beef today, darn it). Can't wait!

Just wondering with those doing injections, what dose are you using? I originally started with homeopathic and did great for 14 days then stalled out and could never get it going again. My mom started with the injections then switch to homeopathic. She still was losing with the homeopathic but said she felt more hunger and more craving with the homeopathic. The weight wasn't coming off as fast either.

So I order rx hcg for injections and am just curious where I should start as in dose. My mom used 125 cc. But i am reading that some people are up to 200cc!

Eggs are my occasional thing.

I just got asparagus yesterday too...looking forward to having that for dinner tonight.

I do about 175 iu. It's working so far! I do a full cc injection w/ the HCG and some B12 I mixed in with it.

I definitely recommend naturalcalm on protocol. It's legal and keeps things moving!

Thanks! I'll see if my natural foods store carries it. If not, I'll order it online.

I forgot about the egg question. I don't eat them because they're not on protocol and I don't have a way to cook eggs without some sort of grease. I have heard many people are able to eat a "miracle omlet" of 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, and spinach though.

Dr Simeon allowed for them if a person lost their taste for meat or chose not to eat it. You can hard cook them, remove two yolks and make a salad with them using mustard and put it over greens. I know a few people who do that and love it!

Yeah, I've mostly been doing hard boiled eggs. Last night was the first night I tried pan cooking them (I don't have any non-stick pans). I think because I steamed the spinach in the pan first, that moisture helped the eggs not stick. It was very easy to get out of the pan. And very yummy.

Making an egg salad with mustard had never crossed my mind! I do love egg salad. Might have to try that!

Lurking! I'm going to start a round on October (financial reasons) but I am a huge believer in HCG diet. My mom has lost 100lbs and 50 inches in the past year on the diet. She works at the clinic and they do things a bit differently by doing a before and after body scan to calculate exact fat and muscle loss. Keep up the great work

Down 2 pounds this morning!! My weight loss has definitely not been linear, but I'm completely shocked that I'm still able to lose like this during AF.

I'm also amazed that I like stevia now. I've tried it before and hated the aftertaste - I don't even taste an aftertaste now! I have just two flavors right now, orange and hazlenut, but I'm ordering vanilla creme, chocolate raspberry, root beer and toffee through my food-coop this week. With some sparkling water, they taste just like an Italian soda.

Same here!

Down 0.8 today.

That makes it 14 lbs total in 11 days.

26.6 lbs since the beginning of June. Feeling good, but not stopping yet.

That is awesome! Did you decide to keep doing the HCG through it?

I'm down a little less then 1lb today. Not as much as I was hoping for after yesterday's weigh in, bt I'll take it!
I am still doing the injections - I read on the hcgdietinfo boards that it was discovered not as much hcg was produced during AF as originally thought and I didn't want to chance skipping. Plus, my normal "skip" day is Thursday and that seemed really close.

I'm continuing with my homeopathic hcg through AF as well. I made that decision after reading the experiences of others, learning about the hcg today is of better quality than in Dr. S's days, and knowing that homeopathic remedies work differently within the body.

My AF this month has been very light with absolutely no bloating, cramping or PMS-y stuff.

You're lucky, Mary. My PMS has been crazy! I've been a raging lunatic. That could just be my hormones getting back to normal though. Who knows.

I was down 1# yesterday after my herbal tea fixer. I'll weigh myself this morning after my usual giant glass of water and trip to the bathroom!

Stall this morning, but I'm not super surprised after a 2 pound loss yesterday. Today's my measurements day, so I'll do that later on.

I'm *starving* this morning...
