*yawn* I'm here but I'm so tired. Of course, last night got really late, then kiddo was still hungry when we got home (he didn't like the food there) and I didn't have the heart to send him to bed hungry so I fed him, even if it was really late......in the end, he went to bed later than ever. And was such a grump this morning
(....and my mood wasn't much better LOL)
Anyway....we finished teaching children's church, too, so now we can relax little. This morning I had a 0 loss, but I'm pretty sure some weight will come off tonight after I drink some smooth move tea. I would have liked to drink some last night already but was afraid I'd have to sprint to the restrooms during church
Yay for your losses
I don't eat both of the fruits on most days, usually I'll have just one in the afternoon. I also don't eat the melba toasts that the protocol allows. I'd rather make the protein portion a bit bigger than eat the toast. Tonight we're having fish (halibut), which will be a nice break from the "beef patty - canned crab meat" routine.
