Very simple burritos. The commercial ones all seem to have just beans, cheese, and some rice and/or meat, mixed with flavoring. Wrap them in freezer paper and you can use the freezer paper as your plate and utensil http://lunchinabox.net/2007/02/13/sp...zen-spaghetti/
has a trick for muffin tins of spaghetti. I think they're supposed to be eaten with a fork, but could be done without a fork quite easily. They're sized to be thawed and ready to eat by lunch. Use a paper muffin cup if you want to keep it frozen and microwave to thaw.http://lunchinabox.net/2007/02/15/sp...igiri-onigiri/
from the same site, about freezing onigiri, which is rice balls that you can fill with various things.
Casseroles, which Alyantavid mentioned above, can be eaten by hand, Or use freezer paper to hold it.
I bet there's something that could be done with paper cups to make a quick drinkable soup option.
