Well, my partner is not so involved in the day to day lessons. We update him about weekly just coz she wants to show what she did and then if she has something really exceptional, then of course he sees that asap.
This year I have asked him to take on a 2-3hr block once a week of any "hands on" learning stuff like going to a play or concert or nature hike, building project or whatever.
He has been intimidated to jump in, coz he's not "a teacher". He spends a lot of quality time w/ dd, I'm just asking him to intentionally think of activities with "learning value" so that we can clock it on our hours and we have a little buffer on our structured time. Also because it will be a good way for him to get involved without being in charge of the formal learning stuff.
