Hi I'm a bit concerned that I may have low progesterone. In Taking Charge of Your Fertility it suggests you may have low progestoerone if you luteal phase temps drop bellow the coverline. I found this last cycle and it was a problem when I was CTA.
I've got two questions:
1. Am I drawing the coverline in the right place? TCoYF says 1 tenth above the highest of the last six temps. However it doesn't say if this is differnt for clesius which I chart in. 1 tenth above if who lines above for celsius and one for farenhight.
2. An natural (herbs, vitamins, foods, therpies etc) methods I can use to boost my progesterone.

, just questions that could effect my answer to your question.... So, if it was just this one cycle, and you got a temp spike, and then temps back by pre-O temps, that'd be one example of an anovulatory cycle (my doc explained this one to me, although I did manage a "technical" cover-line - and the doc proved it by drawing my 7dpo progesterone - a 0.3! no O). The other suggestion I would make is if your temps are erratic - sounds icky, but my charts are SO MUCH MORE CLEAR, now that I'm temping vaginally instead of orally.
