Will her eyebrow grow back?

My five year old daughter tripped about a month and a half ago and hit her face on the edge of a chair. She had a deep but small cut which the emergency room closed with dermabond (like super glue for skin). The cut was a millimeter or so from her eyebrow and the glue got all over while she was wiggling around as they were doing it. We were told it would take a few months to work itself off and it has been but the glue must have gotten caught while she was playing or sleeping and it's pulled out some of her eyebrow. She's missing the last 3/8 of an inch or so of her eyebrow and I think a bit more may come off. It looks red and irritated like when you see someone who just had their eyebrows waxed (which is essentially what happened). I've never had my eyebrows waxed so I'm not sure if/when the hair will grow back and if it will look the same. It doesn't seem to bother her but I know if it doesn't grow back and look normal it will upset her eventually. Does anyone know if it will grow back?

probably, although I have a vanilla ice-ish scar in my eyebrow from when I was about 5. Someone dropped something very heavy on my face. It never grew back.

If there's a smooth keloid scar, chances are the hair will never grow back. It doesn't sound like that's the case here - I wax my eyebrows and yes, they grow back...with a vengeance
