Ideas for using chicken broth

I have a big bowl in the fridge. I usually make either chicken soup or minestrone with it, but the kids are getting tired of those! Any other toddler-friendly ideas? I recently tried a carrot soup blended with chicken stock, but neither kid liked it. TIA!

Oh, you can do heaps with it!

Instead of putting milk in cheese/white sauce, use half cream and half chicken stock (then use it for mac and cheese, cauliflower cheese, sauce for lasagnas, baked potatoes etc).

Use it to cook beans, chickpeas, lentils, brown rice etc after soaking. (It makes "vegetarian" meals so much heartier and yummier!)

Braise veggies with it.

Chuck a bit into random things - pasta sauce, casseroles, whatever.

My favorite way to use it is as a base for BBQ sauce.

I also like to cook it down so its really concentrated, freeze in an ice cube tray then toss the cubes into various sauces, casseroles, grnd meat dishes etc, kind of like boullion.

It's great for cooking beans, rice, pasta, lentils, etc. You can substitute it in place of water or milk in (some) recipes. It's yummy in tomato sauces or used in casseroles to add a little moisture. You can always freeze what you don't use for later!
