Tandem nursing and needing more milk

Hello! I'm tandem nursing my 3.5 year old, and my 4 month old. I always nurse the little one first, and my daughter complains there's nothing left. She nurses for a long time, and I don't really hear any swallowing. Baby is on my breast all day long!!
The only time I can actually hear her swallowing is at night, when my son has been sleeping for at least 2-3 straight. Then I can actually hear her gulping.

I took fenugreek and blessed thistle, and a month and a half ago I even tried domperidone, but I haven't seen too much of a difference.

Can I take shatavari and domperidone together? How many mg of shatavari a day should I take?
I actually don't want to continue taking domperidone for too much longer, so I thought of switching to shatavari, and maybe fenugreek too. Is it a good idea?

I just wanted to say that Fenugreek can take 24 to 72 hours to increase your milk supply. Did you try it in a tincture or capsules? You can make sure that you are taking the right dose....3 capsules 3 times a day.

Yes, I know, thank you. I did take fenugreek for pretty much the whole time I've been nursing the baby (3.5 months at least). I only stopped recently since I ran out, and decided to try shatavari. I just don't know how much to take, and I haven't been able to find any info on it.

I was under the impression that Blessed Thistle and Fenugreek will only support supply.
I deal with low supply with one nursling. I have been taking Thistle and fenugreek starting with the birth of my daughter as I had supply issues nursing my previous child.
When we found out my daughter (at 3 months) wasn't gaining weight, I started taking Goat's Rue (french lilac) as suggested by a LLL leader an LC and my Midwife. I definitely noticed a difference, she was swallowing more and stopped beating my breasts in frustration.
Here are some references I used in checking out Goat's Rue
