At home microdermabrasion

I am so frustrated. A few years ago my DH got me this neutrogena at home microdermabrasion kit where you put some cream on this foam pad and it vibrated all over your face. Sounds dumb, but I thought it was working. I stopped using it when I was pg b/c I started going all natural with my products. I finally found an organic microdermabrasion cream. I bought it, and wouldn't you know neutrogena discontinued the product so I can't get any replacement pads. All of their new systems have soap already incorporated into the pads. So now I am looking for a new system where I can get replacement pads without the soap.

Any recos? My last resort is to buy those foam make up remover sponges and glue it on to one of the old replacement heads. Actually, that isn't a half bad idea. Hmmm....
