Vaccine friendly pediatrician in San Antonio area?

Hello, I've been looking online to no avail for a vaccine friendly pediatrician in the San Antonio area.

We live 3 hours west of San Antonio, but it would be well worth the drive if I could find one.

Does anyone know of one? If not in San Antonio, what about San Angelo? Thank you much!
