Hi everyone,
I was thinking that it would be great to have a thread where people put together info on how to best build up a healthy immune system. I'm pregnant and due in Nov, a little worried about flu season, pertussis, etc. and need advice on what I can do to help my family ward off illness especially because there is going to be a newborn in the house.
I'm definitely going to be:
Cutting out sugar from our diets
Using probiotics
Taking Sodium ascorbate
Lots of water and exercise
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
